罗马人在不列颠的遗产
来源:教材第17页
The Romans left a lasting legacy in Britain. They built a network of straight roads that connected towns and military camps across the country. Many modern roads follow the routes of Roman roads. They established towns such as London (Londinium), Bath (Aquae Sulis), and York (Eboracum). They also built public baths, central heating systems, and brought new architectural techniques.
