来源:教材第87页

The Scottish Parliament was formed in 1999 and sits at Holyrood in Edinburgh. It has 129 Members of the Scottish Parliament (MSPs), elected by proportional representation. It can pass laws for Scotland on all matters not specifically reserved to the UK Parliament, including civil and criminal law, health, education, planning, and some tax-raising powers. Scottish independence referendums took place in 2014 (independence rejected) and the SNP continues to campaign for another.
