The four capital cities of the UK are: London (England and UK capital), Edinburgh (Scotland), Cardiff (Wales), and Belfast (Northern Ireland). London sits on the River Thames and is the seat of the UK Parliament. Edinburgh hosts the Scottish Parliament at Holyrood. Cardiff hosts the Welsh Senedd in Cardiff Bay. Belfast hosts the Northern Ireland Assembly at Stormont.
