UK public holidays (bank holidays) include: • New Year's Day (1 January) • Good Friday and Easter Monday • Early May bank holiday • Spring bank holiday (late May) • Summer bank holiday (late August, except Scotland) • Christmas Day (25 December) • Boxing Day (26 December) Scotland also has 2 January and St Andrew's Day. Northern Ireland has St Patrick's Day and Orangemen's Day (12 July).
