ESOL Entry Level 3 and B1 Requirement

To become a permanent resident or citizen, you must demonstrate English language skills at B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference, equivalent to ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Entry Level 3. If your English is below this level, you must pass an ESOL course in English with Citizenship. The test handbook is written at this language level.
