Football is the UK's most popular sport. The Football Association (FA) was founded in 1863. Each UK nation has its own football teams and league. The English Premier League is one of the most-watched leagues in the world.
Cricket originated in England. Test matches can last up to five days. The Ashes is a famous test series between England and Australia. Cricket is popular in many Commonwealth countries.
