Pinagmulan: Handbook p.21
The Hundred Years War was a series of wars between England and France, fought over the claim to the French throne and territory in France. It lasted from 1337 to 1453. Famous English victories included Crécy (1346) and Agincourt (1415). Eventually, England lost almost all its territory in France. The only English territory remaining was Calais, which was also later lost.
